Youth Ministry

Welcome the the Youth Ministry Section of the Diocese!  We are fortunate to have many different groups in the diocese who are very committed to various aspects of Youth Ministry.  Pilgrimages are frequently organised to Taizé, Lourdes, Croagh Patrick, Religious sites in the diocese.  The John Paul II awards have been a feature of Youth Ministry for the past 5 years or so and each year over 100 students graduate with their awards.  Youth 2000, some Youth Masses, Children of the Eucharist and various other youth ministry initiatives are part of what is on offer for young people to celebrate and participate in youth faith events.
